From Catalonia to Singapore

Casa Bites was created to bring the rich flavours of Spanish cuisine to Singapore in a welcoming café setting.

Executive Chef Eduard Castellarnau grew up in the Catalan town of Escaló where he learned the foundations of traditional Spanish cooking from his family.

He later refined his skills under Michelin-starred Chef Nandu Jubany and gained experience at El Celler de Can Roca, one of the world’s most celebrated restaurants.

These experiences shaped his philosophy of honouring tradition while elevating it through culinary craftsmanship.

Today, Casa Bites brings these authentic Spanish flavours into a modern café concept designed for everyday dining.
